Background Nkonyeasua Abanjo hails from Abavo in Ika South Local Government Area. ` Mr Abanjo worked in the Unified Local Government Service of Delta State from 2002 – 2022 and rose to the rank of Chief Administrative Officer. He was the union Secretary (NULGE) Ika south chapter, he was also the Chairman, Secretaries Forum, Delta State. He joined the University of Delta Agbor as an Assistant Lecturer in 2022. He is current the Course Adviser in charge of 100 level students in the Department of Geology. He is also a member of several departmental committees. He is a member of the Nigeria Mining and Geosciences Society. He is currently the Financial Secretary of Ekwuoma Community and also the General Secretary of Ekwuoma indigenes in Agbor. Mr Abanjo is a Christian. He is married with children. He loves football and research.
Education Nkonyeasua Abanjo attended Enugu State University of Science and Technology and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree .in Geology and Mining (1999) . He later proceeded to the University of Benin where he was awarded a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Geology(2014).
